What am I buying?

elseOS is software you install yourself on a supported device. Hardware isn’t included.

Is there a subscription?

No. Pay $4.99 once and keep using the software forever. All updates are included for one year.

How do I set it up?

After installing elseOS, open local setup on your phone or computer using the same trusted Wi-Fi as your device. Add books and photos, and manage Wi-Fi and settings there.

Can I connect Google Calendar?

Yes. Local setup can connect a read-only Google Calendar feed. In Google Calendar settings, select your calendar, open Integrate calendar, and copy the Secret address in iCal format. Keep that link private.

What about messaging and email?

elseOS skips messaging and email so you can take a break from both. For a more connected experience, you can explore snailOS ↗.
